Get to know outstanding scientists, learn about Python and MATLAB, improve your scientific presentation skills, and find out about third party funding and how to apply.

The Graduate Days from 18-21 March 2019 offer a very rich program tailored to the interests of master’s and PhD students als well as postdocs.

This year's colloquium speaker Prof. Päivi Törmä of Aalto University in Finland will talk about "New perspectives on quantum geometry, superconductivity and Bose-Einstein condensation".

Dr. Stephan Ritter (TOPTICA Photonics AG, Gräfelfing/Munich) will build a bridge from basic research in quantum technologies to industry.

Visit to the Science City Campus Hamburg Bahrenfeld
A group of 60 Israeli students visited the research campus over the past two weeks to gain an insight into the research being carried out by the campus partners.
