Career
Career advancement is one of the pillars of the cluster. All members are committed to the promotion of young scientists, gender equality and the improved compatibility of scientific work and family as a central leitmotif. The figure below gives a schematic view of the individual career development in our cluster.
People from the most diverse backgrounds come together in our cluster. This diversity is much more than just a social reality: We see it as an opportunity for innovative, internationally influential and excellent research. That is why we are constantly working on creating an environment in which individual differences are valued and everybody's potential can develop unhindered.
