In recent years, the "Nacht des Wissens" (Night of Science) and the "Tag des Wissens" (Day of Knowledge) have inspired numerous people alternately. Now the two science festivals are coming together - for the "Tag des Wissens" infront of Hamburg’s city hall - and we are part of it.
From Thursday, 20 June to Sunday, 23 June 2019, the citizens of Hamburg and their guests will experience a colorful firework display of experiments, shows, hands-on activities and exciting exhibits on a wide variety of scientific topics. In four large theme tents, around 40 research institutions offer fascinating insights into the environment, technology, medicine, art and the history of the city.
We are in: the Cluster of Excellence "CUI: Advanced Imaging of Matter", DESY, European XFEL, MPSD, CSSB and EMBL will jointly demonstrate what research with light is all about.
